Responsibilities

Partner with Global HR and leaders to ensure efficient, high-quality recruitment to secure the best candidates for Karo’s future growth
Strengthen employer branding across Europe and the UK using data-driven insights
Lead and develop a high-performing recruitment team focused on collaboration, excellence, and inclusion
Set goals, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement
Manage end-to-end hiring for key and senior roles
Proactively source diverse, top-tier talent and ensure an outstanding candidate experience
Advise leaders on talent strategies and market trends
Partner with HRBPs on workforce planning and retention initiatives
