Requirements

  • Strong team player that is pragmatic with a can do attitude and loves recruiting
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in recruitment (mix of agency and in-house environments)
  • Leadership experience of small but effective recruitment teams
  • Strong active sourcing expertise with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
  • Deep knowledge of European and UK talent markets, hiring practices, and compliance
  • Demonstrated success in building scalable recruitment processes with a focus on excellent candidates’ experience
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Global HR and leaders to ensure efficient, high-quality recruitment to secure the best candidates for Karo’s future growth
  • Strengthen employer branding across Europe and the UK using data-driven insights
  • Lead and develop a high-performing recruitment team focused on collaboration, excellence, and inclusion
  • Set goals, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage end-to-end hiring for key and senior roles
  • Proactively source diverse, top-tier talent and ensure an outstanding candidate experience
  • Advise leaders on talent strategies and market trends
  • Partner with HRBPs on workforce planning and retention initiatives
