Responsibilities

Provide strategic, cross-functional collaboration to plan and coordinate food and beverage services for various events, including assessing requirements, managing timelines, schedules, and preparation for seamless execution
Take ownership of the inventory process, including accurate monthly reporting for costing, proactive maintenance of storage and records, managing stock levels, and coordinating pickups of essential items (e.g., alcohol, ice, event and kitchen supplies)
Create and maintain procedure manuals, menus, and vendor lists as key operational resources
Research food trends and sustainable practices to develop seasonal and culturally diverse menus addressing long-term office requirements
Champion food safety and compliance
Drive operational efficiency and proactive inventory management
Oversee planning and execution of business-critical events
Ensure a customer-obsessed dining experience through staff mentorship, engagement, and continual professional development
