Responsibilities

Provide support to help develop a sophisticated internal presence with stakeholder partners, providing product leadership and subject matter expertise
Develop a working understanding of tax product capabilities, how they are delivered, key client segments, and commercial/revenue opportunities
Provide technical leadership while continually positioning the product to deliver value across regional markets, asset classes, time zones, account structures, service standards, documentation requirements, and legal/risk frameworks
Understand the operating environment, including technology, platform, and data capabilities; enterprise risk management
Support competitive analysis, benchmarking, and prioritization to refine product strategy
Understand the client experience and prioritize key focus areas to remove friction and inefficiency
Assess and understand the impact of Market & Regulatory developments across capabilities and products
Collaborate with business units to assess product development opportunities, prioritize capital investment, and resource allocation. Create compelling business cases
Help set the Product Roadmap and agree stakeholder prioritization, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy
Perform market and segment assessments and develop insights to develop and reinforce a sophisticated understanding of the operating environment
Raise industry profile and contribute to market advocacy and thought leadership initiatives
Understand and advocate for/promote client needs in respect of the complex tax and regulatory environment
