As a Talent Scout, you will play a vital role in identifying and attracting top talent for various roles across regions, industries, and build a robust talent pool for each vertical. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, conducting preliminary interviews, and assisting in the overall recruitment process. Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Interest: Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

  • Tech Savvy: You are a quick learner when it comes to picking up software skills.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable using social media and job boards for candidate sourcing.
• Language Proficiency: Speaks more than 2 languages.
• Work Arrangement: Comfortable working in a hybrid set up (4 days a week in office, 1 day WFH).

Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Proactively search for and identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Initial Outreach: Conduct initial outreach to candidates, introducing them to opportunities and gauging their interest.
• Interview Coordination: Assist in scheduling interviews between candidates and recruiters, ensuring a smooth process.
• Database Management: Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential talent pools and trends in the job market.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the recruitment team to support various hiring initiatives.
