2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or a similar role, with a focus on process improvement and program management
Proven experience in designing and optimizing recruitment processes
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations

Responsibilities

Analyze existing recruitment workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
Design, develop, and implement streamlined and scalable hiring processes to enhance candidate experience and recruiter efficiency
Conduct data-driven analysis of our talent pipeline, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for proactive sourcing
Utilize recruitment analytics to provide insights and recommendations for improving recruitment effectiveness
Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with external recruitment vendors (e.g., sourcing tools, external agencies etc)
Manage and create content for various employer branding channels (e.g., career page, social media, industry events, university partnerships)
Lead or support various talent acquisition projects, such as internship programs, campus hiring, or diversity & inclusion initiatives
