Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, or equivalent business experience, and at least one year of experience in performing payroll functions, preferably in an outsourcing or multi-country environment. They must be able to work independently in a remote setting and communicate effectively with management and co-teams, demonstrating an entrepreneurial mentality and fluency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

The Junior Finance & Payroll Specialist will primarily be responsible for sustaining and processing client’s payroll activities within established timelines, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll updates, and partnering with internal and external vendors to support payroll reporting and client satisfaction. This role also involves maintaining country-specific content knowledge for legal and tax requirements, conducting payroll checking and verification activities, and collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of payroll operations.
