Requirements

  • Esperienza consolidata (5-10 anni) su progetti di trasformazione HR e organizzativa, preferibilmente in contesti consulenziali o in aziende complesse e strutturate
  • Conoscenza dei principali processi HR e piattaforme tra cui Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle e ServiceNow
  • Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata, per operare efficacemente in contesti internazionali e con stakeholder globali
  • Forte orientamento alla soddisfazione del cliente, spirito imprenditoriale, capacità di lavorare in gruppo e curiosità intellettuale
  • Laurea Magistrale

Responsibilities

  • Coordinare e guidare programmi complessi di HR transformation, garantendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di business e la soddisfazione del cliente
  • Progettare nuovi servizi e processi HR (Talent Acquisition, Performance, Learning, Compensation, Welfare, etc.) in linea con le priorità strategiche dei clienti
  • Definire e implementare soluzioni su Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, assicurando l’allineamento tra tecnologia, processi e organizzazione
  • Applicare tecnologie di AI per automatizzare attività HR, migliorare l’efficienza operativa e supportare decisioni data-driven con un accento sulle principali innovazioni in corso, quali ad esempio l’architettura ad agenti
  • Interfacciarti con C-level e team interfunzionali, facilitando il cambiamento e promuovendo l’adozione delle nuove soluzioni
  • Coordinare team progettuali, supportare la crescita dei colleghi più junior e garantire una delivery di qualità
