Bachelor's degree in arts, communications, psychology, or business and/or related experience
Experience working in a creative and collaborative environment

Proven scheduling and problem-solving skills
Sound VFX knowledge

Responsibilities

Create a collaborative and supportive environment for artists to excel
Work closely with show leadership to ensure projects have the right teams assigned
Assess capacity and utilization challenges and proactively problem-solve issues
Evaluate individual artist strengths and develop cross-utilization of teams
Work with supervisors, production, training, and other talent managers to develop training plans
Create a positive and constructive feedback environment for artists
Manage team's yearly merit increases
Manage time off requests and other ad-hoc administration duties
Identify recruitment requirements and partner with recruiters to hire talent
Manage crew utilization collaboratively with all ILM studios
Lead by example and maintain a high degree of flexibility
People feel comfortable talking to you and sharing their challenges and their successes
