Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or related field
Self-starter
Strong sense of collaboration and teamwork

Conscientious about the quality and rigor of deliverables
Skills in conducting needs analyses, curriculum design, facilitation, project management, and leveraging technology/tools (e.g., GenAI, LMS, authoring tools)

Responsibilities

Serve as a consultative learning partner with subject matter experts, senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and learning enablement to design and deliver leadership development solutions
Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to identify leadership development gaps and opportunities, translate business objectives into learning objectives, and analyze learning materials for effectiveness
Design and develop learner-centered, engaging, interactive experiences and instructional content (e.g., instructor-led training, eLearning, videos, job aids, assessments) using adult learning principles and best practices
Support new hire orientation sessions and professional development workshops via instructor-led and virtual methods, create positive learning environments, articulate complex concepts, and stimulate critical thinking
Measure training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and insights, making adjustments to improve outcomes
Manage full project lifecycle for leadership development initiatives, identify/address risks and challenges, and operate agilely for timely deliverables
Identify and leverage GenAI tools, stay current on trends/technologies, utilize facilitation platforms and authoring tools
Partner with Senior Learning Management Systems Administrator to deploy solutions in LMS (e.g., upload SCORM files, create sessions, enter attendance)
