Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions (e.g., scheduling, logistics, materials preparation)
  • Help administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and track participant attendance and feedback
  • Support the creation of engaging training content (e.g., presentations, handouts, digital learning modules)
  • Contribute to planning and executing employee engagement events and programs that promote core values
  • Help with internal communication efforts to share knowledge and celebrate successes
  • Support employee onboarding programs to ensure a warm and effective welcome for new hires
  • Provide logistical support for key talent processes like performance reviews and succession planning
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing data for reports on training effectiveness and program participation
  • Conduct basic research on latest trends in corporate culture, training, and talent development
