Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for Go-to-Market teams (Finance & Operations, Fintech, Marketing, People, Strategy & Analytics), including pipeline building, screening, interviewing, scheduling, stakeholder coaching, and closing; accountable for results, efficiency, quality, and equitable outcomes
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to calibrate expectations, improve hiring practices, and elevate talent decisions
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify patterns, flag risks, recommend improvements, and influence stakeholders
  • Build strong, diverse talent pipelines through strategic sourcing, campaigns, events, and sustained outreach nurturing long-term engagement across underrepresented communities
  • Promote inclusive hiring by embedding equitable and unbiased practices throughout the recruitment process, aligned with diversity and inclusion goals
  • Act as an advocate and coach on recruitment best practices and standards, influencing stakeholders toward objective-supported outcomes
  • Strengthen employer brand by championing Jobber as a purpose-driven, people-first workplace
  • Become an ambassador of Jobber's culture by being humble and supportive
