Candidates must have a high school diploma, experience in a business or office environment, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. Strong interpersonal, communication, time management, customer service, and organizational skills are also required. Fluent English is necessary, along with working experience performing phone screenings.
The Talent Administrator & Coordinator will provide administrative support to the talent acquisition process, from pre-hire to post-hire, and facilitate various logistical and recruitment activities. This includes assisting with the recruitment and interview process, scheduling interviews, updating candidate statuses in applicant tracking systems, and reviewing/screening candidate applications based on position requirements. The role also involves developing interview schedules, providing administrative support to the recruitment team, updating progress, escalating concerns, and ensuring timely review of applicants and coordination with recruiters or hiring managers.
