3+ years of internal or agency recruitment experience, focusing on Operations and Tech roles
Background in full-cycle recruitment, including strong sourcing skills and meaningful time-to-hire results
Commitment to candidate experience, ensuring great interactions from first contact to final offer
Strong communication and creative sourcing skills to excite candidates and drive action
Data savvy: understanding of funnel metrics, hiring trends, and using insights to improve strategies
Top-notch relationship building as a trusted partner to hiring managers and advocate for inclusive hiring
Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Lever or similar ATS; familiarity with tools like Metaview for interview coaching

Responsibilities

Own the hiring process: Manage 3+ roles each month across Tech (e.g., Software Engineers, Product Managers) and Operations (e.g., Financial Analysts, Marketing Specialists) teams
Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, delivering high-quality candidates and ensuring a smooth, positive candidate experience
Source and engage active and passive candidates using creative strategies, prioritizing great candidate experience throughout
Partner with stakeholders: Work closely with hiring managers to understand needs, write clear job descriptions, and guide them through recruitment
Coach interviewers on best practices and improve talent assessment processes for quality and consistency
Maintain data integrity in ATS (Lever), track performance metrics, and provide timely updates to stakeholders
Represent Zensurance positively as a brand ambassador in interactions and at external events to promote employer brand
