Requirements

  • Degree in HR, business administration or equivalent experience
  • +3 years of experience in recruitment
  • Knowledge of recruitment interviewing techniques and understanding of legal and legislative compliance in the recruitment cycle

Responsibilities

  • Managing hiring manager relationships
  • Gaining clear understanding of role requirements and supporting managers in their recruitment activities, including CV screening, interview and offer stage
  • Managing candidate relationships, including pre-screening candidates, telephone and face to face interviewing, progress updates and preparing offers
  • Sourcing of candidates using main and niche channels (database research; job-board searching / networking; external agencies and press, social and multimedia advertising)
  • Use of assessment tools and techniques, including competency identification and interviewing, psychometric tools and data and candidate assessment centers
  • Providing coaching and training to hiring managers on recruitment techniques
  • Handling of confidential data and information
  • Developing talent-related processes, practices and strategies
