Responsibilities

  • Spend time in the Brisbane office to stay connected to team, culture, and activities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across a mix of roles to grow the team with the right people
  • Source talent creatively using networks, outreach, and conversations
  • Work closely with hiring managers, providing insights and guiding them through the hiring process
  • Create a smooth, friendly, and memorable candidate experience at every step
  • Keep processes organised, including ATS updates, contracts, and onboarding support
  • Provide support, guidance, and knowledge-sharing to TA team members to build capability
  • Contribute to team culture by sharing best-practice recruitment approaches, tools, and insights
  • Share ideas to improve and evolve recruitment processes and candidate experience
