Responsibilities

Spend time in the Brisbane office to stay connected to team, culture, and activities
Manage end-to-end recruitment across a mix of roles to grow the team with the right people
Source talent creatively using networks, outreach, and conversations
Work closely with hiring managers, providing insights and guiding them through the hiring process
Create a smooth, friendly, and memorable candidate experience at every step
Keep processes organised, including ATS updates, contracts, and onboarding support
Provide support, guidance, and knowledge-sharing to TA team members to build capability
Contribute to team culture by sharing best-practice recruitment approaches, tools, and insights
Share ideas to improve and evolve recruitment processes and candidate experience
