Requirements

At least 3 years of experience as a technical recruiter (experience in product, design, or corporate/finance recruitment a plus)
Agency or in-house recruitment experience (combination of both a plus)

Implement innovative sourcing and selection tools to identify and engage the best talent
Create captivating job descriptions to articulate and market unique career opportunities
Build relationships with relevant industry professional associations, universities, meetups, and other appropriate events
