Requirements

  • +2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles and seniorities
  • Previous experience recruiting in highly dynamic environments for the tech industry in Argentina
  • Experience within international companies
  • Advanced English skills (speaking, reading, writing & listening)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Extraordinary learning agility and autonomy
  • ATS experience is a big plus

Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end hiring processes from leading kick-offs to extending the offer to the best-in-market candidate for the role
  • Ensure we hire with high standards of quality, being mindful of our business, culture, technical needs, and our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
  • Handle multiple and diverse roles proactively developing ad-hoc solutions to reach the hiring goals
  • Drive a world-class candidate experience, making sure each touchpoint—from first outreach to final decision—is transparent, engaging, and human
  • Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers to assess and understand their specific hiring needs and goals and provide them with regular progress updates
  • Collaborate with relevant HRBPs to ensure hiring aligns with business and team needs
  • Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives related to Employer Branding, DEI, Metrics, Sources, Documentation, etc
  • Proactively propose improvements in hiring practices
  • Maintain and update recruitment records on the ATS to keep clear information and report on relevant Talent metrics
  • Utilize data to share hiring insights and market trends with Hiring Managers and drive process improvement
