Requirements

3–7 years of experience in Technology Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or a related field
Previous experience working in a high-growth or startup environment is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs through continuous networking and relationship-building (Pipeline Development)
Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract competitive and diverse talent in alignment with the company’s values and goals (Recruitment Strategy)
Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, source of hire, candidate conversion rates, etc.) to ensure process efficiency and continuous improvement (Data-Driven Recruiting)
Provide a seamless and professional experience to all candidates, ensuring consistent communication, feedback, and transparency throughout the process (Candidate Experience)
