Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end recruiting for assigned roles, including intake, posting, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offers (Full-Cycle Recruitment 35%)
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring criteria, and competitive strategies (Full-Cycle Recruitment 35%)
Provide hiring recommendations and talent market insights to support workforce planning (Full-Cycle Recruitment 35%)
Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networks, referrals, Boolean searches) (Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development 25%)
Maintain active talent pipelines for high-volume or hard-to-fill roles (Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development 25%)
Represent the company brand by delivering a positive and inclusive candidate experience (Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development 25%)
Coordinate structured and equitable interview processes; support interview preparation and alignment (Interview Process Management & Stakeholder Coordination 20%)
