Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; minimum 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a global organization; proven ability to manage multiple and potentially conflicting priorities in a progressive environment; excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build solid relationships with hiring managers and collaborators; proficiency in Japanese and English; proven capability using recruiting technologies (ATS and CRMs) and direct sourcing tools and techniques; in-house experience and strong business partnering skills; functional knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Lead recruiting activities from start to finish with a focus on direct candidate identification and sourcing top talent; collaborate with Hiring Managers to craft impactful advertising, drive engagement across social media, and proactively solicit referrals; apply recruitment marketing and branding to engage internal and external talent and strengthen Baxter's employer brand; provide actionable market intelligence and recruiting insights to Hiring Managers and HR; deliver an exceptional candidate experience by understanding talent motivators and managing diverse situations; ensure high-quality screening, slate presentation, interviewing, and hiring decisions; accurately represent Baxter's total compensation philosophy during offer negotiations; mentor candidates on selection stage preparation and provide timely feedback in line with local laws and standard methodologies; manage and update requisitions through to completion with real-time system updates; identify and escalate risk or compliance issues; collaborate on talent pipelining strategy by understanding critical and repeatable roles; participate in community networking and events as required; continuously improve knowledge of Baxter and recruitment processes; analyze recruitment activity to support conversations on volumes, performance, and forecasting; participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance the recruitment process.
