  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience in related area
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in full cycle recruiting
  • Proficient in sourcing passive candidates through various sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn
  • Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), LinkedIn Recruiter, other recruiting platforms, Adobe Pro, SharePoint Online, and Office 365
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
  • Proactive, independent, self-motivated, and a team player
  • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, prioritize, and handle stress of short time constraints

Responsibilities

  • Develop, standardize, and implement all phases of the recruitment strategy and workflow process across multiple brands
  • Identify and implement efficient and effective sourcing methods based on specific roles, industry standards, and organizational needs
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to draft detailed and accurate job descriptions encompassing all hiring criteria in line with the FRP brand
  • Develop a sourcing plan that creates a pipeline of qualified candidates through research, career websites, social media, and other creative recruiting methods
  • Screen and qualify candidates by reviewing resumes, applications, and performing phone screenings
  • Manage the overall candidate experience from interview, selection, and offer process
  • Oversee preparation of interview questions, scorecards, testing, and other hiring and selection materials
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and/or HR staff to recommend salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other offer details
  • Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations and conditions of employment with candidates
  • Cultivate relationships with local colleges and Gamma Iota Sigma chapters to promote Foundation Risk Partners for internships and career opportunities
  • Build a referral base by networking through industry contacts, association memberships, personal networks, and participating in professional organizations
  • Promote employee referral program across all business units
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
  • Manage all active job postings through applicant tracking system
  • Assist and support the onboarding team
