Proficiency in data-driven decision-making using recruiting metrics and analytics

Responsibilities

Design and own the end-to-end recruiting strategy for GTM roles, aligning with company goals and timelines; act as a thought partner and strategic advisor to hiring teams
Source, attract, and engage top-tier talent through creative strategies and networks; build strong, diverse talent pipelines using various platforms
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and GTM leadership to understand needs and co-create tailored recruitment strategies; provide expert guidance on processes, policies, technology, trends, and best practices
Build and improve scalable, efficient hiring processes to meet growth targets while maintaining high candidate experience; execute end-to-end high-touch candidate experiences, setting expectations on interviews, roles, values, and culture
Champion dbt Labs’ mission, values, and employer branding; deliver compelling candidate experiences; collaborate with People Operations on DEI, onboarding, and high-touch initiatives
Leverage recruiting metrics, reporting, and analytics to assess performance, optimize processes, report to stakeholders, and make data-driven business decisions
