Responsibilities

Acting as a talent advisor with hiring managers of all levels, to understand their business needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, aligned with business objectives, workforce plans, and diversity and inclusion goals
Manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple business units, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and hiring
Coordinate the offer process aligned to the company rewards policy, including negotiating salaries and benefits with candidates
Drive candidate engagement and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Use data to drive recruitment decisions and provide regular updates to stakeholders, hiring managers and/or HRBPs
Influence peers, mentoring other members of the recruitment team, providing guidance and support on recruitment best practices and process improvements
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the talent acquisition process. Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment practices
Identifies and proposes simple changes to local process, focused on continuously improving recruitment processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
