Responsibilities

  • Acting as a talent advisor with hiring managers of all levels, to understand their business needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, aligned with business objectives, workforce plans, and diversity and inclusion goals
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple business units, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and hiring
  • Coordinate the offer process aligned to the company rewards policy, including negotiating salaries and benefits with candidates
  • Drive candidate engagement and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Use data to drive recruitment decisions and provide regular updates to stakeholders, hiring managers and/or HRBPs
  • Influence peers, mentoring other members of the recruitment team, providing guidance and support on recruitment best practices and process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the talent acquisition process. Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment practices
  • Identifies and proposes simple changes to local process, focused on continuously improving recruitment processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
