Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • At least 4 years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully sourcing and hiring technical talent
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and technologies, particularly in fields such as software engineering, data science, etc
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Creative and innovative approach to recruitment, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • A true team player
  • Verbal and written skills in English

Responsibilities

  • Managing the entire hiring process from start to finish for various roles, mainly in R&D
  • Utilize various channels (social media, networking, etc.) to proactively source and attract top technical talent
  • Lead and conduct thorough screening and qualification processes to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates to provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and team leaders to understand their technical staffing needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging technologies to inform recruitment strategies and maintain a competitive edge
  • Track recruitment metrics and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement
