Requirements

  • Proven 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the technology or financial services industry
  • In-depth knowledge of the local IT market specifics, especially for top-level roles
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to independently run day-to-day recruitment operations and plan, execute, and deliver on strategic initiatives
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software tools
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively to solve recruitment challenges and achieve business objectives

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the recruitment team, setting clear expectations, monitoring performance, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
  • Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates, utilizing a variety of sourcing techniques including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
  • Establish a robust data-driven recruitment process and scale it across multiple recruitment sites
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and department heads, to understand their talent needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly
  • Hands-on recruitment for critical roles
  • Partner with HR colleagues to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including coordinating orientation sessions and facilitating the completion of necessary paperwork
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance and optimize recruitment processes
  • Take a key role in building and executing the local branding strategy
  • Represent Lab49 at industry events, career fairs, and networking functions to promote our employer brand and attract top talent to the organization
