Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent of 4 years of relevant work experience
Degree in HR or closely aligned area of study preferred
Experience with HR, hiring best practices, legal aspects of hiring, regulatory requirements, recruitment process, social recruiting, interviewing, ATS, KPIs, and common metrics highly desired

Responsibilities

Provide high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination to the recruitment team
Assist with preparing interview packets for hiring teams and scheduling or other administrative tasks
Assist with candidate interviewing and travel details
Manage the pre-employment process for new hires with preferred vendor to initiate, monitor, and complete background checks
Update trackers or other project planning items related to strategic projects and identify/escalate problem areas for efficiency metrics
Screen and interview qualified candidates when needed and as workload allows
Process candidate reimbursements, work with procurement and A/P to set up new vendors, issue POs, and ensure payments
