Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent of 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Degree in HR or closely aligned area of study preferred
  • Experience with HR, hiring best practices, legal aspects of hiring, regulatory requirements, recruitment process, social recruiting, interviewing, ATS, KPIs, and common metrics highly desired

Responsibilities

  • Provide high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination to the recruitment team
  • Assist with preparing interview packets for hiring teams and scheduling or other administrative tasks
  • Assist with candidate interviewing and travel details
  • Manage the pre-employment process for new hires with preferred vendor to initiate, monitor, and complete background checks
  • Update trackers or other project planning items related to strategic projects and identify/escalate problem areas for efficiency metrics
  • Screen and interview qualified candidates when needed and as workload allows
  • Process candidate reimbursements, work with procurement and A/P to set up new vendors, issue POs, and ensure payments
