Candidates must possess a High School Diploma and at least 2 years of experience in an administrative function, specifically within recruiting or human resources. Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal, is essential, along with experience in a high-volume, multi-client setting and a demonstrated ability to plan and prioritize daily responsibilities for optimal efficiency. Previous job stability and maintaining long-term work relationships with former employers are also required. A related Bachelor's degree or HR Program certificate, prior experience supporting recruiting processes, and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems like SmartRecruiters or iCIMS are considered advantageous.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners to ensure a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers, review and distribute job requisitions, and schedule interviews and candidate assessments. Responsibilities include conducting background checks, compiling new hire documents, verifying credentials, and maintaining accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System. The role also involves responding to candidate and employee inquiries, troubleshooting TA system issues, processing referral bonus reports, supporting the onboarding of outsourced resources, and managing access clearance approvals and English test purchases. Additionally, the coordinator will support recruiting events and projects, partner with HR and business teams to meet hiring goals, improve recruitment processes, and ensure compliance with recruitment laws and regulations, while also handling special projects as assigned.
