Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in an R&D environment or the medical device field, demonstrating equivalent experience.
The Systems Engineer II will review stakeholder needs and translate them into system requirements, review, create, and update system architecture, decompose and allocate system behavior to derive product requirements, develop and execute system characterization activities, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design implementations satisfy requirements. They will also support system verification and validation activities, identify and mitigate system hazards, investigate field issues, and contribute to new product development programs within the cardiac mapping and ablation space.
