Description: Two Six Technologies builds, deploys, and implements innovative products that solve complex challenges. This role focuses on IP networking and cybersecurity, utilizing network analysis tools and security technologies to support the company’s mission.

Requirements

• Experience:
  • IP networking and protocols
  • IP network security policies, practices, and secure network transport practices
  • Experience with network analysis tools (Nmap, Wireshark)
  • Experience with network security technologies (firewalls, proxies, iptables, AV solutions, VPNs, IDS/IPS, etc.)
  • Cyber operations and/or cyber security experience
  • Understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google) and cloud security
  • Understanding of system Operating Systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux, Mobile OS)
• Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

Responsibilities

• Utilize network analysis tools to identify and resolve network security issues.
• Implement and maintain network security policies and practices.
• Deploy and manage network security technologies.
• Contribute to defensive cybersecurity methodologies.
• Research and analyze cyber security threats and vulnerabilities.
• Communicate technical risk and recommendations to non-technical audiences.

Nice to Haves (Preferred)

• Familiarity with client's covert comms technologies and mis-attributable internet system designs.
• Ability to research, analyze, prioritize, problem-solve, synthesize large amounts of data/information, and work concurrently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and sound judgment.
• Ability to interact with diverse individuals and convey technical information effectively.
• Ability to draft assessment reports and memorandums.
