Responsibilities

Maintain, configure, and ensure the reliable operation of IT systems
Administration of endpoint device management and security agents
Ensure endpoints are updated with security patches
Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by assessing the impact of issues, prioritizing problems, running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, and prioritizing problems
Perform internal desktop and helpdesk support
Create and maintain a scalable enterprise access system, and become team members’ go-to point of contact for access requirements and issues
Full endpoint life cycle management for all user devices from onboarding to offboarding
Responsible for seamless on-site office and events networking
Contribute to fulfilling PCI and ISO27001 certification security requirements
