Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a computer or automation environment, demonstrating the ability to direct and guide employees daily standard work, and exhibiting effective detail-oriented communication skills. A high sense of urgency and literacy in English, both written and verbal, are also required.
The Automation System Operator will be responsible for monitoring system performance and availability, coordinating on-site troubleshooting efforts, escalating complex issues to subject matter experts, ensuring safety commitments, scheduling and producing orders, troubleshooting software issues, maintaining accurate logs, assessing robotic vehicle failures, assisting and training other operators, communicating with tier support, and performing other duties as assigned by leadership.
