Requirements

Responsibilities

The Automation System Operator will be responsible for monitoring system performance and availability, coordinating on-site troubleshooting efforts, escalating complex issues to subject matter experts, ensuring safety commitments, scheduling and producing orders, troubleshooting software issues, maintaining accurate logs, assessing robotic vehicle failures, assisting and training other operators, communicating with tier support, and performing other duties as assigned by leadership.
