The candidate should have over 6 years of IT experience with deep architectural knowledge of cloud platforms, infrastructure, and application design. Proven hands-on experience with major public cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), including their architecture, services, security, governance, and deployment is necessary. Thorough knowledge of cloud infrastructure and platform services, expertise in modern Platform Engineering principles with tools like Terraform, Bicep, CDK, and DevOps, and an understanding of infrastructure as code, CI/CD, monitoring, AIOps, and cost optimization are required. A background in solutioning complex cloud-native architectures, including serverless, microservices, containers, and event-driven systems, is essential. Competency in driving discussions, creating POCs, building reference architectures, and delivering solution artifacts independently is needed. Hands-on experience building AI agents using GenAI, hosting LLMs, and evaluating emerging cloud technologies for enterprise applications is also required. Experience building prototypes using vibe coding methods is necessary, and expertise in React, Node.js, and Python for full stack development is a plus.
The Cloud Technology Consultant will design, build, develop, and continuously improve cloud management accelerators and solutions. They will research methods to leverage AI for Cloudops and Secops functions, and independently develop prototypes and execute POCs to demonstrate solutions that enhance cloud management efficiency. The role involves working with the delivery organization to build point solutions for existing customers, owning the maintenance, customer deployment, and enhancements of solutions and accelerators. Additionally, the consultant will act as a cloud thought leader internally and externally, contributing to knowledge sharing and architecture excellence.
