5 - 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure
Ability to work in project teams, under pressure, and facilitate

Responsibilities

Serves as an escalation point for application support and troubleshooting, providing guidance and direction in resolving escalated issues and complex production, application, or system problems
Manage tools like Active Directory, IAM, Intune, Defender, etc
Manage Azure Cloud Infrastructure
Own Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management for the corporate Identity Management environment (Entra)
Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all systems, hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs
Create and maintain system documentation for domain technologies, including installation, configuration, and appropriate troubleshooting steps
Improve existing processes through solutions to recurring problems and enhancements to existing solutions or documentation
Manage customer satisfaction through effectively communicating and managing customer expectations
Strong understanding of M365 components and licensing models
Automate mundane tasks using PowerShell, Shell Scripts, Python, etc
