Responsibilities

  • Serves as an escalation point for application support and troubleshooting, providing guidance and direction in resolving escalated issues and complex production, application, or system problems
  • Manage tools like Active Directory, IAM, Intune, Defender, etc
  • Manage Azure Cloud Infrastructure
  • Own Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management for the corporate Identity Management environment (Entra)
  • Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all systems, hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs
  • Create and maintain system documentation for domain technologies, including installation, configuration, and appropriate troubleshooting steps
  • Improve existing processes through solutions to recurring problems and enhancements to existing solutions or documentation
  • Manage customer satisfaction through effectively communicating and managing customer expectations
  • Strong understanding of M365 components and licensing models
  • Automate mundane tasks using PowerShell, Shell Scripts, Python, etc
