Requirements

Proficient in both Windows and Linux operating systems
Strong understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting skills
Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus

Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain server and network infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and updates
Monitor system performance and health to identify and resolve issues proactively
Implement data backup and recovery solutions to prevent data loss and ensure business continuity
Develop and maintain documentation on system configurations, procedures, and workflows
Provide technical support and guidance to users, assisting them with system-related inquiries
Collaborate with the security team to enforce security protocols and best practices
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements
Participate in scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and migration activities
