Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in embedded systems software development for safety-critical systems
  • Hands-on programming and debugging in C for embedded software (5+ years)
  • Excellent technical and communication skills
  • Preferred:
  • Master’s degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering
  • Experience with Agile Scrum and Jira
  • Familiarity with ASPICE processes and formal requirements tools (IBM DOORS, Jama)
  • Proficiency in Python scripting and unit verification tools (QAC, Cantata)
  • Knowledge of debugging tools (Segger J-Link, Lauterbach) and Vector tools (CANoe, CANape, CANalyzer)
  • Experience with CI systems (Azure Pipelines, GitLab CI, Jenkins) and Virtual ECU systems (dSPACE VEOS, Synopsis Silver)

Responsibilities

  • Develop functional test plans aligned with internal requirements and customer specifications
  • Configure and operate Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) systems for test execution
  • Analyze test results, prepare detailed reports, and track coverage metrics
  • Ensure traceability between requirements and test cases
  • Validate diagnostic services and fault handling using fault injection methods
  • Assess real-time behavior and timing constraints
  • Review software requirements for correctness and testability
  • Support customer events, including vehicle integration and testing
  • Drive improvements in software development processes and infrastructure
  • Participate in cross-functional planning and review sessions
  • Coach team members to promote best practices and continuous improvement
