Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in embedded systems software development for safety-critical systems
Hands-on programming and debugging in C for embedded software (5+ years)
Excellent technical and communication skills
Preferred:
Master’s degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering
Experience with Agile Scrum and Jira
Familiarity with ASPICE processes and formal requirements tools (IBM DOORS, Jama)
Proficiency in Python scripting and unit verification tools (QAC, Cantata)
Knowledge of debugging tools (Segger J-Link, Lauterbach) and Vector tools (CANoe, CANape, CANalyzer)
Experience with CI systems (Azure Pipelines, GitLab CI, Jenkins) and Virtual ECU systems (dSPACE VEOS, Synopsis Silver)

Responsibilities

Develop functional test plans aligned with internal requirements and customer specifications
Configure and operate Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) systems for test execution
Analyze test results, prepare detailed reports, and track coverage metrics
Ensure traceability between requirements and test cases
Validate diagnostic services and fault handling using fault injection methods
Assess real-time behavior and timing constraints
Review software requirements for correctness and testability
Support customer events, including vehicle integration and testing
Drive improvements in software development processes and infrastructure
Participate in cross-functional planning and review sessions
Coach team members to promote best practices and continuous improvement
