Responsibilities

Solve routine problems through precedent and referral to general guidelines
Interact within own team and with direct supervisor
Follow detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments
Make decisions that impact own work
Work as an individual contributor as part of a team with a predetermined, focused scope of work
Conduct detailed assessments of clients' Record to Report (RTR) operations (processes, policies, technologies) against leading practices and benchmarks to identify strengths, risks, issues, and opportunities using Accenture's assessment tools, frameworks, and methodologies
Provide recommendations for improvement in both short and long term along with an implementation roadmap
