  • Oversee operational and regulatory components of managed account service delivery
  • Influence and align with senior leaders on the strategic direction of EAG
  • Prepare and deliver business reviews to senior management and the Board of Directors
  • Manage key vendor relationships with fiduciary entities
  • Engage as a senior leader in strategic partner meetings, conferences, and client pitches
  • Conduct research and competitive analyses to support strategic planning
  • Oversee product management processes and digital experience
  • Oversee the technical team responsible for product creation
