Responsibilities

  • Direct growth and profitability of the Mid-Atlantic region through strategic planning, leadership, and management aligned with Fresenius Medical Care goals
  • Develop strategic plans to advance company mission, profitability, and growth; implement and execute as appropriate
  • Provide overall direction for the region, translating global FME vision into action plans, short/long-range objectives, policies, budgets, and operating programs
  • Oversee consistent implementation and achievement of goals to meet current/future company needs
  • Manage all aspects of customer service, quality patient care, service marketing, and fiscal administration
  • Achieve maximum return on invested capital; direct and coordinate financial and budget activities
  • Lead team of Regional Vice Presidents to drive operational excellence, efficiency, and high-quality care
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to attain standards of practice, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Promote safe patient environment, compliance, ethics, and integrity across all levels and functions
  • Foster communication, alignment, and long-term relationships with physician partners, medical directors, joint-venture partners, and healthcare providers
  • Drive corporate transformation, innovation, and service excellence in response to industry changes
