Responsibilities

  • Oversee the overall IOL portfolio, showcasing expertise in products’ benefits and differentiating vs. competitive products by providing high technical consultancy in assigned accounts
  • Work with Account Managers, Tender and Pricing teams to provide the right customer solutions/bundles/EFAs
  • Work with Customer Operations on consignment and leverage MyAlcon360, where available
  • Develop new business with customers to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain and optimize existing relationships and manage business with existing key customers
  • Provide feedback on competitor activities in the field via line management
  • Maintain and uphold an excellent company image
  • Manage your own workload and schedule while hitting set targets
  • Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and learnings as work evolves
