Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree, which is preferred, and one to two years of related experience. Previous experience in a healthcare environment and/or EMR experience is preferred, along with basic knowledge of Windows operating system tools such as Event Viewer, Task Manager, Command prompt, PowerShell, and reading log files. Remote connectivity skills via VPNs, LogMeIn, Bomgar, Remote Desktop, and other tools, as well as basic knowledge of Apple platforms (Mac, iPad, iPhone/iPad iOS) are also preferred. Familiarity with bug-tracking software like Zen and Jira is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Software Support Specialist I will deliver an exceptional client experience by identifying and documenting client needs and issues, answering incoming inquiries, effectively applying problem-solving techniques, educating clients, and following issues through to their successful resolution. They will provide consistent, professional, and high-quality client support to the client base, establish procedures to ensure client satisfaction and quality service delivery, communicate and collaborate across teams and departments to help resolve issues, and replicate and document issues for further escalation.
