Higher Diploma or above in Fine Arts, Building-related subjects, Facility Management, or other related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in decorative elements; candidates with less experience may be considered for the Associate Engineer position
Knowledge of construction and occupational safety standards and other statutory requirements for maintenance and construction projects
Technical expertise in materials and processes to support sustainable development
Strong technical know-how with solid experience in quality control and maintenance practices
Responsibilities
Coordinate solutions for problem-solving and QA/QC for in-house and outsourced day-to-day corrective and preventive maintenance of building, architectural, and decorative elements (including furniture, paints, graphics, signage, props, drapery, etc.) to meet safety, functional, and show-quality standards
Monitor and manage maintenance databases in computer-aided systems (e.g., Maximo, FCS, Business Objects) and compile strategic reports to improve asset reliability and long-term maintenance efficiency
Organize and manage repair and maintenance workshops to facilitate routine maintenance for the resort
Coordinate, supervise, and manage contracts for external contractors
Support the delivery of seasonal events, development projects, and rehabilitation/enhancement initiatives
Plan, source, procure, and control spare materials and consumables
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) trainer to develop and update operational and technical training materials
