Requirements

Higher diploma or above in mechanical, electrical engineering or related disciplines
At least 4 years’ relevant experience in engineering discipline
Experience in project management role in engineering project is preferable
Good knowledge in general engineering practices and practical experience in multi-engineering disciplines as well as in-depth knowledge in either one or more disciplines of electrical, mechanical, control & automation, AV & lighting and theatrical engineering
Have maintenance or project management experience in safety/service critical system
Strong interpersonal skills with positive attitude on problem solving and customer service
Good computer literacy and MS Office experience
Good verbal and written communication in both Chinese and English

Responsibilities

Prepare technical specifications for new, improved, or overhauled systems to support procurement activities, and monitor Purchase Order progress to ensure timely delivery
Collaborate with the Service Manager to align project goals with site safety, quality standards, and schedule milestones
Provide operational and maintenance insights for new or modified systems; review vendor documents and plan spare parts inventory for future needs
Coordinate site surveys, equipment condition assessments, field measurements, and oversee installation activities, liaising effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
Lead a small team (3-5 members) in installation, testing, and commissioning of new or overhauled systems, ensuring compliance with project requirements
Facilitate training for front-line staff on maintenance procedures for new systems
Contribute to document control, inventory management, and preventive maintenance scheduling to support system reliability and operational continuity
