Requirements
Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience with IBP and/or Kinaxis implementation programs in roles such as Functional Lead, Solution Architect, or SME, or equivalent experience on an industry side. A minimum of 7 years of consulting experience in Supply Chain Planning is required, with expertise in areas including Forecasting, Demand Planning, S&OP, Supply Planning, Production Planning, and SC Control Tower. Strong experience working with IT consulting companies is preferred, along with ideally being a solution expert in leading supply chain planning tools, particularly SAP IBP and/or Kinaxis, and background in software vendors like SAP and/or Kinaxis. Candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory management, and production scheduling.
Responsibilities
The role involves leading Supply Chain Planning workstreams within client-focused international projects with autonomy and guidance, acting as a functional and solution expert to advise customers and deliver outstanding results. Responsibilities include contributing to business development, from initial requests to proposals, and actively participating in the development of the practice through service offerings, training, and knowledge management. The individual will also be responsible for planning, conceiving, and implementing complex SCM transformation projects throughout their lifecycle.
