Candidates must have a minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience as a logistics supervisor or similar position, with prior experience in import/export regulations and logistics management specifically in Saudi Arabia. They should possess strong knowledge of SFDA, ZATCA, SABER, and SENAEI requirements, along with experience in handling customs clearance and government approvals. Proficiency in English and experience with Microsoft Office tools are also required, and experience with large well-known or international companies is a significant advantage.

This includes managing import and export operations, coordinating with customs authorities and government agencies, handling documentation and permits, and working closely with suppliers and internal teams to optimize logistics. The role involves monitoring changes in trade regulations, addressing clearance issues, supervising logistics personnel, monitoring shipment tracking, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Additionally, the supervisor will be responsible for communicating with management, optimizing logistics procedures, and maintaining a positive and professional approach with coworkers.
