Requirements

Students of the 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of study or graduates up to 12 months after graduation
Strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and advanced language skills in Ukrainian and English
Excellent MS Office Package skills (MS Excel specifically)
Positive attitude towards challenges and changes, good interpersonal and multinational cooperation skills (e.g., international student exchanges, voluntary work)
Excellent analytical thinking and leadership skills

Responsibilities

Participate in accelerated on-the-job and classroom trainings
Manage short and long-term category demand planning across Central Europe using technologies like Power BI and SAP
Implement supply chain innovation for new product launches in collaboration with the Brand Team
Work closely with supply chain partners to drive value for customers and create innovative solutions
Collaborate with the Sales department to improve the quality of customer promotions and features planning
Drive the E2E supply chain synchronization program in a customer-centric way
