Position Overview

As a Supply Chain FP&A Senior Manager at Alto, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing financial strategies that drive operational efficiency and enhance Alto's competitive position in the rapidly evolving pharmacy industry. You will leverage advanced financial analysis, innovative solutions, and cross-functional collaboration to support strategic growth initiatives, streamline supply chain processes, and ensure data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will be the primary finance support for Pharmacy Fulfillment Operations, leading the development and execution of financial strategies, partnering with key stakeholders across the business to deliver actionable insights that inform expansion strategies and operational excellence, and providing business case development and support for cost efficiency and growth initiatives. As a highly collaborative business partner, you will enhance forecasting and margin analysis, optimizing business performance, and ensuring that Alto continues to lead with innovation and financial discipline. You will be a leader among the Supply Chain and FP&A functions, fostering synergies that drive operational efficiency and enable swift adaptation to industry changes. Embracing innovation, you'll champion initiatives that position Alto as a leader in the Pharmacy industry, propelling us towards our mission of improving health outcomes for all.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Strategy Leadership: Drive the development and execution of financial strategies, ensuring alignment with Alto’s long-term growth plans and business objectives, particularly in the Supply Chain and commercial sectors.
  • Labor Planning Leadership: Lead labor planning initiatives with demonstrated experience scaling and optimizing workforce operations in a dynamic, high-complexity environment.
  • Senior Leadership Collaboration: Engage directly with executive leadership to provide strategic financial guidance and contribute to high-level decision-making, influencing critical business choices that impact the company's direction.
  • Supply Chain Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process for the Supply Chain function, ensuring the creation of accurate forecasts and financial models. Enhance margin analysis and financial reporting to enable effective decision-making.
  • Advanced Financial Analysis: Conduct complex financial analyses to assess operational performance, uncover trends, and recommend actionable insights that drive improvements across the Supply Chain and business units.
  • Performance Reporting: Deliver comprehensive financial reports and performance analysis to senior management, providing insights into key performance metrics, variances, and supply chain performance.
  • Cross-Functional Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and other teams to provide financial expertise and support data-driven decisions that align with business priorities.
  • Risk Management: Identify financial risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to mitigate risks while capitalizing on growth opportunities. Provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Process Optimization & Improvement: Lead initiatives to continuously improve the FP&A function, optimizing processes for greater efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness in financial planning and analysis.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence, and ensuring the team is equipped to meet the challenges of a high-growth business.
