The Supply Chain and Allocation Coordinator will support inventory planning and allocation across multiple sites, updating and analyzing bi-weekly allocation reports to identify trends and opportunities. They will coordinate shipments between the warehouse and various sites, communicating with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. This role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, managing the inventory order template, assisting in analyzing sales and inventory data, and supporting buy planning by updating datasets for forecasting and replenishment needs. Additionally, the coordinator will generate reports on inventory levels, allocation performance, and operational efficiency, as well as managing data entry for new product SKUs into warehouse and POS systems.
