Requirements
- Bac+5 education (engineering school, business school, or equivalent university degree with supply chain specialization)
- Ideally successful first experience in supply chain
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team spirit for managing diverse internal (marketing, finance, data, tech, Factory) and external (suppliers, service providers, transporters) stakeholders
- Rigorous, organized, with strong analytical mindset
- Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis
- Mastery of logistics software and ERP systems (SAP/Anaplan/Pigment/JDE)
- Knowledge of BI tools is a plus
- Agility to balance short-term business needs and long-term projects, with strong anticipation skills
- English proficiency for international partner communications
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and supplier management:
- Pilot and manage Cheerz suppliers
- Deploy medium-term raw materials purchasing strategy aligned with supply chains and logistics
- Negotiate best conditions (quality, price, deadlines) with suppliers while aligning with technical and commercial objectives
- Optimize sourcing through active monitoring of supplier panel and prospecting new partners (trade shows, web, network)
- Establish clear purchase contracts (ordering, delivery, payment conditions) with technical, economic, and legal guarantees, and monitor execution
- Collaborate with Cewe group's Purchasing team on strategy definition and execution
- Stock and supply management:
- Define and implement efficient short-, medium-, and long-term supply strategy for Gennevilliers Factory
- Manage stock coverage considering product durability (industrial and marketing), including obsolete management and product launches
- Monitor stock budget: volume, inter-sites, obsolete management
- Manage warehousing service provider, including annual inventory
- Project management:
- Lead product innovation steering committee with marketing and industrial teams: orchestrate from raw material selection to final production tests
- Drive responsible sourcing policy across the scope
- Implement projects aligned with team fundamentals: cost/quality optimization, green initiatives, lean management, sustainable partnerships
- Drive continuous improvement of processes and tools
