Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business related field or equivalent work experience (High School degree or GED required)
2 years of experience working in supply chain or related field
Proficiency with Excel
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Ability to learn new software tools efficiently
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
Strong communication abilities in both spoken and written forms
Team-player with the ability to work successfully with others
Advanced problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Leverage Global Supplier Guide as tool to set expectations and influence supplier behavior based upon defined business needs
Work proactively with suppliers to address compliance gaps, provide direction on expectations, and build collaborative partnerships to achieve compliance
Apply data and analytics to find opportunities, prioritize time spent, accurately communicate root cause, and demonstrate success from actions taken
Be responsible for the Supplier’s compliance profile to ensure effective communication with decision-makers within supplier organizations
Respond to Supplier disputes of charge backs by understanding details behind offsets, developing strategic approach, and mediate potential deductions/invoices reimbursement in line with team mission and vision
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior Supply Chain and Commercial counterparts of key suppliers
Partner with internal customers (Purchasing, Trans, DC Ops, etc.) to ensure alignment on efforts and avoid excess efforts
Engage with the Portfolio team during Distribution Agreement contract discussions to provide support and identify risks related to the Supplier Guide's terms and conditions
Recognize and incorporate additional requirements in the Supplier Guide considering internal feedback for enhanced supplier support
Leverage PPI tools where possible to strengthen PPI acuity and apply successful techniques to meet objectives and deliver results
Assist in training and onboarding new team members
Maintain accurate tracking of issues and resolution to be used by team members
