Planeación y Organización: Realizar, planear y ejecutar plan de producción; administrar órdenes de producción
Operaciones de Manufactura: Administrar nómina de personal a su cargo; mantener capacitado al personal; identificar y administrar restricciones de su línea a cargo
Disponibilidad para horario lunes – sábado 6:24 a 5:00 pm (con posibilidad de rotar 3 turnos)
Disponibilidad para cubrir tiempo extra entre semana y fines de semana

Responsibilities

Administrar cédulas de producción
Ejecutar plan de producción de acuerdo con S&OP
Administrar el personal requerido en la línea de producción
Administrar vacaciones de su personal a cargo
Llevar control de nóminas de sus empleados
Mantener en verde indicadores de la línea (PQVC)
Actualizar tableros de indicadores
Liderar equipos de excelencia
Coordinar equipos de soporte para solución de problemas durante la jornada
Implementar mejora continua
Mantener al personal capacitado y certificado en las actividades realizadas, incluyendo nuevo ingreso
Administrar cumplimiento de cédulas de producción en inicio y cierre
